Issues

Track tasks on a board and a timeline, and turn TODO comments into issues.

Issues need a project in an organization. Open Issues in a project.

Create an issue

Select New issue. An issue has a Title, Description, Status, Priority, Start date and Due date. Only the title is required.

Every member can create and edit issues. Only owners can delete them.

Board and timeline

  • Board shows a column for each status: planned, in progress, done and cancelled. Drag a card to change its status. You can hide columns you do not use.
  • Timeline shows issues that have both a start date and a due date. Select Today to jump to the current date.

Changes appear for everyone as they happen.

Task Manager

Task Manager turns TODO: comments in your scripts into issues. Each new TODO: becomes one issue.

# TODO: Fix the boss spawn point @priority:high @daysToComplete:3
  • @priority:high sets the priority. Use high, medium or low.
  • @daysToComplete:3 sets the start date to today and the due date three days later, so the issue shows on the timeline.

Task Manager is on for new projects. To turn it on for an existing project, open Addons, select Task Manager and install it for the project. It runs in LoreOwl while the project is open, so it works with any code editor.
