Plans and billing
What each plan includes, and how to upgrade or manage a subscription.

Every plan has every feature. Daily analytics totals are kept for good. Only per-event detail expires.
Upgrade
Only owners see billing.
- Open Settings, then Billing.
- Select Upgrade.
- Complete the checkout. Polar handles payment for LoreOwl.
For Enterprise, select Contact us.
When the organization runs out of seats or storage, LoreOwl shows See plans so you can upgrade.
Manage a subscription
In Settings, then Billing, select Manage subscription, then Open billing portal. The portal has your invoices, your payment method and the option to cancel.
Delete your account
Open Settings, then Profile, and select Delete this account. Type your email to confirm. If you are the only member of your organization, the organization and its projects are deleted too.
